Our user database currently has more than 5000 helpers and 3000 employers. To make sure that you get your ideal match, we have a filter function where you can input your personal preferences to see which helpers or employers match them. The platform also has a shortlist function to access your preferred candidates easily and a chat/video system to communicate with them directly. For employers who are Standard or Premium subscribers, there is no limit to how many helpers you can view, chat, and interview on our platform.
Another tool that is available for Standard and Premium subscribers is our contract generator which is easy to use and covers everything that you and your helper need to come up with a clear and beneficial employment agreement. Other benefits include 10% off the required helper insurance and round-the-clock assistance from our Client Services Team.
For employers who don't want to take the DIY approach to hiring a helper in Singapore, you may choose to purchase our Concierge Services. This includes a 30-minute helper interview to review her status and documents, preparation of processing of documents at Ministry of Manpower, a 2-year helper insurance that is upgradable, and more!
